When your child is anxious, angry, struggling at school or simply not themselves, it helps to talk to someone who works with children every day. The Meeting Matters offers online child and teen psychology to Lahore families, with psychologists based at our Islamabad clinic and parent guidance built into every plan.
Ready to talk to someone?
Common concerns are anxiety and fears, frequent tantrums or defiance, difficulty concentrating, falling grades, school refusal, bullying, shyness and trouble making friends, sleep problems, and changes at home such as a move or a new sibling. A first session helps work out whether the behaviour is a normal stage or whether extra support would help.
For younger children, sessions use play, drawing and storytelling on screen, with a parent nearby to help set things up. Older children and teenagers talk directly with the psychologist. You get regular parent guidance so what happens in session carries over into daily life. Read more about play therapy for children.
If you suspect ADHD, see our page on ADHD in children for the signs and how assessment works. We also support learning difficulties and child behavioral concerns, with strategies you can use at home and in discussion with teachers.
Teenagers often respond best to a therapist who respects their privacy and independence. Our teen counseling covers exam stress, self-esteem, social media pressure and family conflict, with parent guidance offered separately.
Where it helps, we advise on how to talk to teachers, what adjustments to ask for and how to build routines for homework and mornings.
Sessions range from PKR 5,000 to PKR 15,000 depending on the therapist and session type, with a 20% discount for students, and the fee is the same online or in person. Evening and weekend slots are available around school hours. For a full overview, see child psychology at The Meeting Matters.
