Tayyab Murtaza is a Clinical Psychologist and Hypnotherapist with a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from International Islamic University, Islamabad (IIUI). He sees adults in Lahore in person, at The Meeting Matters rooms on College Road and in DHA Phase 3, and online across Pakistan and abroad. His practice is built on one principle: therapy should be shaped around the person, not the other way around. Each course of work begins with a structured assessment, so the approach, pace and goals are agreed together.
He works with anxiety, panic and overthinking, low mood, trauma and emotional distress, relationship difficulties, and sleep and stress problems, using psychotherapy alongside mind-body relaxation and mindfulness-based techniques.
Where it is clinically appropriate he also offers hypnotherapy, with clear consent and an explained purpose at every step. You stay aware and in control, and there are no guaranteed outcomes.
He is also the founder of Fatima Hope and Psychological Centre in Lahore and leads training for students and practising clinicians. Sessions are in Urdu and English.
