I-8 is a busy residential and commercial sector in Islamabad, with a large student and working population. Our psychologists see I-8 residents in person at our F-11/1 clinic and online by secure video, with evening and weekend times for people who work or study during the day.
Ready to talk to someone?
From I-8 you can come to our clinic at House 66, Street 73, F-11/1, or avoid the journey with an online session. Because I-8 is busy and its roads can be slow at peak hours, many people there choose online sessions for their regular slot and come in person for the first meeting or for a couple's session. We will help you decide at booking.
I-8 has a high number of students and young professionals, many in shared accommodation, and many families. If you live with others and want privacy, tell us when you book: we can offer a time when you will be alone, an in-person session at the clinic, or a session from another private space such as a quiet office room.
Anxiety, low mood and depression, stress and burnout, trauma, OCD, relationship and marriage problems, family conflict, anger, and ADHD and autism assessment for children and adults. We use evidence-based approaches such as CBT, and you do not need a diagnosis to start. The first session is a conversation about what is happening and what you would like to change. See our pages on anxiety and depression care in Islamabad.
Couples can book marriage counseling in Islamabad, in person at F-11/1 or online. Parents can see a child psychologist in Islamabad, with parent guidance included. If you would like a woman psychologist, see female psychologist in Islamabad, and for a diagnosis-led approach see clinical psychologist in Islamabad.
Message us on WhatsApp or send an appointment request with what you are dealing with and a time that suits you. We usually reply within about 30 minutes and will suggest a suitable psychologist. Tell us if you prefer in person at F-11/1 or online, and whether you would like a woman or a man.
We see clients from across Islamabad and Rawalpindi: F-11, E-11, F-8, Blue Area, DHA Islamabad, Gulberg Greens. See also the main page for a psychologist in Islamabad, or psychologist in Rawalpindi if you are on the other side of the highway.

“I am truly grateful to Ms. Tasmiya Asghar and the team at Meeting Matters. I reached out during one of the most difficult periods of my life while dealing with grief and trying to be the best parent I could be for my children. Ms. Tasmiya's kindness, empathy, and guidance helped me navigate emotions that often felt overwhelming. She helped me understand my feelings, regain perspective, and think through practical ways of supporting my children and myself. I always felt respected, heard, and comfortable during our sessions. I would wholeheartedly recommend Ms. Tasmiya Asghar and Meeting Matters to anyone going through a challenging time and looking for professional support in a compassionate environment.”
