If you live or work in F-11, our clinic is in your sector. The Meeting Matters, a psychology and mental-health organization working in Islamabad since 2010, sees clients in person at House 66, Street 73, F-11/1, and online by secure video for the days you cannot travel.
Ready to talk to someone?
We are at House 66, Street 73, F-11/1, Islamabad. For people in F-11 that usually means a short trip rather than a cross-city drive, which makes it easier to keep a regular weekly slot. Clients from nearby sectors also come to us for the same reason. You can find us on Google Maps under Meeting Matters Clinic, and our team will send you the location on WhatsApp when you book.
People who live in F-11, those who work in the Markaz or the neighbouring offices, and students from the area who want a private, professional place close to home. Some prefer to come in for a first session and then continue online when work or the weather makes travel hard. Others come in for every session. Both work, and you can change between them.
Anxiety, low mood and depression, stress and burnout, trauma, OCD, relationship and marriage problems, family conflict, anger, and ADHD and autism assessment for children and adults. We use evidence-based approaches such as CBT, and you do not need a diagnosis to start. The first session is a conversation about what is happening and what you would like to change. See our pages on anxiety and depression care in Islamabad.
Couples can book marriage counseling in Islamabad, in person at F-11/1 or online. Parents can see a child psychologist in Islamabad, with parent guidance included. If you would like a woman psychologist, see female psychologist in Islamabad, and for a diagnosis-led approach see clinical psychologist in Islamabad.
Message us on WhatsApp or send an appointment request with what you are dealing with and a time that suits you. We usually reply within about 30 minutes and will suggest a suitable psychologist. Tell us if you prefer in person at F-11/1 or online, and whether you would like a woman or a man.
We see clients from across Islamabad and Rawalpindi: E-11, F-8, I-8, Blue Area, DHA Islamabad, Gulberg Greens. See also the main page for a psychologist in Islamabad, or psychologist in Rawalpindi if you are on the other side of the highway.

“I am truly grateful to Ms. Tasmiya Asghar and the team at Meeting Matters. I reached out during one of the most difficult periods of my life while dealing with grief and trying to be the best parent I could be for my children. Ms. Tasmiya's kindness, empathy, and guidance helped me navigate emotions that often felt overwhelming. She helped me understand my feelings, regain perspective, and think through practical ways of supporting my children and myself. I always felt respected, heard, and comfortable during our sessions. I would wholeheartedly recommend Ms. Tasmiya Asghar and Meeting Matters to anyone going through a challenging time and looking for professional support in a compassionate environment.”
