Clinical Psychologist, Certified Cognitive Behaviour Therapist
Saiqa Raziq is a clinical psychologist with over two decades of experience helping people work through trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, OCD, panic attacks, grief, anger, burnout, and the strain that family and relationship difficulties can bring.
She holds an MSc in Clinical Psychology from the University of Peshawar and is a Certified Cognitive Behaviour Therapist with the Pakistan Association of Cognitive Therapists. Her clinical work began at SAHIL, Pakistan's specialist organisation for child sexual abuse survivors, where she led the Healing Centre, supporting children and families through disclosure, assessment and recovery. She has since worked with survivors of violence and gender-based violence, adolescents and young adults navigating identity and family pressures, and Pakistani families living abroad coping with migration, generational tension and the stigma that often surrounds seeking help.
Alongside her clinical practice, she has worked as a technical lead on mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) programming in humanitarian and development settings across the Middle East and South Asia, and continues to work with corporate organisations on psychosocial and behavioural profiling and training.
Her approach is trauma-informed and culturally attuned, grounded in cognitive behavioural therapy, and she works comfortably in both English and Urdu, moving easily between the two within a session. Saiqa offers a confidential, compassionate space for anyone ready to be heard and to start working through what has been weighing on them.
