Adiala Road runs along the southern edge of Rawalpindi, with several newer housing societies, far from the clinics in the city centre. We do not have a clinic in Rawalpindi, but our psychologists see Adiala Road residents online by secure video.
Ready to talk to someone?
A trip into central Rawalpindi or to Islamabad from Adiala Road can take a large part of a day. For most residents, online sessions from home are the practical choice: you only need a phone, tablet or laptop, a stable connection and a private room. If you want an in-person meeting, our clinic is at House 66, Street 73, F-11/1, Islamabad, and we will plan a time that works.
People in the newer housing societies often commute long distances, and have children at school or are looking after elderly relatives. When the day already includes a long drive, online therapy removes the need to find yet more time. We offer evening and weekend slots for people who work all day.
Anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, trauma, OCD, relationship and marriage problems, family conflict, anger management, and ADHD and autism assessment for children and adults, using evidence-based approaches such as CBT. You do not need a diagnosis to start. The first session is a conversation about what is happening and what you would like to change.
Couples can book marriage counseling in Rawalpindi, online or in person in Islamabad. Parents can book a child psychologist for Rawalpindi, with parent guidance included. Our clinic is in Islamabad: see psychologist in Islamabad.
Message us on WhatsApp or send an appointment request with what you are dealing with and a time that suits you. We usually reply within about 30 minutes and will suggest a suitable psychologist. Tell us if you prefer online or in person at our F-11/1 clinic in Islamabad.
We see clients from across Rawalpindi and Islamabad: Saddar, Bahria Town, Satellite Town, Westridge. See also the main page for a psychologist in Rawalpindi.

“I am truly grateful to Ms. Tasmiya Asghar and the team at Meeting Matters. I reached out during one of the most difficult periods of my life while dealing with grief and trying to be the best parent I could be for my children. Ms. Tasmiya's kindness, empathy, and guidance helped me navigate emotions that often felt overwhelming. She helped me understand my feelings, regain perspective, and think through practical ways of supporting my children and myself. I always felt respected, heard, and comfortable during our sessions. I would wholeheartedly recommend Ms. Tasmiya Asghar and Meeting Matters to anyone going through a challenging time and looking for professional support in a compassionate environment.”
