Can I have sessions online?

Yes. Online sessions are on a secure video call from anywhere in the world. In-person sessions are at our F-11/1 clinic in Islamabad.

Is what I share confidential?

Yes. Your details and your sessions are confidential and are shared only with your psychologist.

Which languages do sessions use?

English, Urdu, Hindi and Punjabi.

Do you offer student rates?

Yes. Student rates are available. Fees depend on the psychologist and session type, and you are told the fee before you book.
